Ravina Sandhu earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 2005. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006.
After being called to the Bar, Ms. Sandhu immediately began practicing with the Coquitlam-based law firm of Smyth & Company with a focus on family law. Ms. Sandhu’s practice covers all areas of family law including matters relating to parenting including custody, guardianship and access, property division, spousal and child support, and child protection.
Wherever possible, Ms. Sandhu attempts to negotiate and resolve matters by settlement outside of the court process through mediation, separation agreements or settlement conferences. However, Ms. Sandhu has experience at both the Provincial and Supreme Court level and is prepared to advocate for her clients through the court process whenever necessary or required.
